Today was
another great sea day. We did get a brief shower of rain in the morning, but
the afternoon was quite nice to lay by the pool.
Had lunch in
the dining room and shared a table with some interesting people.
Tonight was
our first formal night. Had a wonderful dinner and the show was Kenny James who
was a 13 time Star Search winner and grand champion male vocalist. Very
entertaining with his high energy and wide selection of music.

Earlier in
the day we went to a lecture given by the niece of Al Capone. While many seemed
to enjoy it, we thought it was a bit non informative and boring. Of course she
was promoting the book she wrote on “Uncle Al Capone”.
We have one
more sea day before we make port in Limon. Marianne and I scheduled a meeting
for people on our tours for the first segment tomorrow morning at 10:00.
Many people
wonder what there is to do on sea days. Well, I guess that is up to each individual.
There is always something going on from lectures, arts & crafts, Trivia
contests, Food and beverage presentations, fitness programs, Bingo, the casino,
etc. OR you can sit on your balcony and watch the ocean, read (I loaded a
Kindle with lots of books), go to the pool, hot tubs, or whatever you want to
do with your day. (as little or as much as you would like.)
Tonight we get
our first extra hour of sleep as we set the clock back an hour. Whoo Hoo!
