Wednesday November 1st, we had a short drive leaving
Ga for FL (less than 3 hours). The weird thing on the drive today was that we
passed a fenced in area that had 3 animals in it. A Zebra, a donkey and a
horse. That’s right I said a ZEBRA! If we had been in the car and not the coach,
we would have turned around to get a photo. Greg thought I was telling a joke. “A
zebra, a donkey and a horse go into a bar….”

We arrived at Suwannee Hideaway Campground and they guided
us to our spot. The driveway was long and quite dusty. It was like fine baby
powder and the coach is blowing it back onto our car. The park is small but
spread out. (around 50 spaces I’d guess) They have a nice boardwalk that leads
you to the Suwannee River. It’s probably the first park that we don’t hear any
trains. (no road noise either since it’s quite a ways from the road.) They have
a nice pool and a clubhouse. The only negative is the poor cell phone service and
slow internet. I use my phone as a hotspot to watch TV which we can’t do here.
Making calls is a challenge as well. Otherwise, it’s a really great spot.

The park last week didn't even have picnic tables or any fire rings (don't really use either, just an observation)

So, I may need to wait until our next place to post the
blog. This has been painful trying to get it to work. (worse than on the cruise
ship, but at least not as expensive!)
Tomorrow, we are off to the Lower Suwannee National Wildlife
Preserve.
Looks pretty green, were there bugs?
