This cruise has been good at having very little entertainment on nights when there is a sea day the next day. If the next day is an early port day, they load up the entertainment and or have late deck parties. Not sure why that makes sense to them.
After breakfast we went for a walk around the deck. (no promenade or walking track, just walking on a couple of the decks where you can go most of the way around. We also stopped and played a round of mini golf. Of course, Greg beat me by a couple of points.
They had another Pub lunch and we had fish and chips and split a Cottage Pie. YUM! The dessert isn't really that great in the Pub, so we went upstairs to the lido deck to get something. I had ordered a diet Coke with my Pub Lunch and still had a full glass so I took it with me to the Horizon Court.
They would not let me in with it. We see people filling personal water bottles and bringing in their own coffee mugs all the time, so not sure why a diet Coke sold by them couldn't come into the buffet area. Their desserts have not been that great on this cruise in the buffet, so we just went and grabbed an ice cream cone in the covered pool area. I had already did the hand washing in the sink with soap and water (right outside of the buffet line), but for some reason carrying one of their glasses in was not allowed. I didn't plan to refill it, just drink what was left in my glass. At dinner people carry in drinks all the time from the various bars.
We skipped the show as it was the comedian that we weren't fond of and caught the first half of the Marriage Game. It didn't start until 9:30 and probably went for another hour and we had an early wakeup call for Montevideo tomorrow.
