Sunday Oct 1st we took the day off. I spent most of the day
cooking to replenish the freezer. We did walk around the RV park and this place
is HUGE. It has 3 lakes with RVs around all of them. They also have quite a few
cabins in various sizes. It’s an interesting park. We had 3 noisy families
around us for 2 nights, but they packed up and left today. Usually around 11:00
at night they started yelling and slamming car doors. Hmmmmm. (lots of beer
arrived with them… lol) They had the cabins on both sides of us and a large bus
conversion motor coach between us and the cabin on one side. It’s the first
time we have had a noisy place with loud kids and loud adults. One place we had
a guy who worked nights and he slammed doors at odd hours, but it wasn’t a big
deal. This really wasn’t either, just the first time we have encountered people
not “following the rules”.

We are having a bit of a cold spell. Evenings are too cool for my taste. It should get back into the 80's in a couple of days.
Tomorrow we are going back to the swamp and to a couple of urban parks.
