Wednesday September 20th, we were driving to our
next RV Park when we heard this loud crash. I got up to see what had happened.
I looked back first expecting to see something on the floor. When I didn’t see
anything, I got up and looked around. I see that the backsplash had fallen off
the wall and had landed on top of the Induction cooktop. Luckily, neither the
backsplash or the cooktop was broken. It covers about 4 feet by 2 feet of the
wall in the kitchen and the wallpaper behind it has bubbled up in just a few
places. (probably the only places that it was actually attached well.) It looks
like the caulk or glue was dry when it was attached since most of it wasn’t
flattened out. What next????

We stopped at the Flying J for Diesel and I got my token
magnets of the states we have visited.
We arrived at Raleigh Oaks RV Resort & Cabins. It’s a
fairly large park and the spaces are large and far apart. It has a gym, mini
golf, 2 pools, rec rooms and they offer waffles Fri through Sun between 9:15 to
10:15 which we haven’t tried. On Thursday, they have a BBQ for $3.00 per
person. On Saturday, they have another BBQ and a DJ for $5.00.
