March 27, 2013 Sea Day

Finally, a sea day!!!!

I slept in, but Greg did his usual gym routine. I have been working on getting caught up with the blog and Greg was sweet enough to bring me fresh fruit and a chocolate croissant so I didn’t have to leave the cabin.
We had lunch in the dining room and then it was time for this segment’s Cruise Critic Meet and Greet. Marianne had arranged with Princess to get a larger room for us since we had such a large turnout last time. We had the Pacific Lounge and a hosted bar. Many of the regulars came as well as the new people just joining the ship in Hong Kong. A few more people joined the 3 tours that still had openings. Three of the Princess staff came and mingled as well.
Then it was cocktail hour upstairs for the Platinum & Elite members. We had a large group tonight. It was mojito night. ($5.00 drinks instead of the usual amount) They put out different snacks as well. Freshly made guacamole and salsa tonight!
From there we went straight to dinner and the show. The show was Jon Courtney who played piano and was quite funny. It seems the entertainment keeps getting better and better.
We got to set the clocks back another hour tonight so we got an extra hour of sleep, which helped since we were getting up at 5:15. UGH!
