Sea Day - March 17

We departed Mumbai last night and have followed a North-Westerly course through the Arabian Sea towards Dubai. The Arabian Sea has two branches; the Gulf Aden in the southwest connecting with the Red Sea through the Strait of Bab-el-Mandeb and the Gulf of Oman to the northwest, connecting with the Persian Gulf.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The ship was decorated very well for the occasion.
Luck was not on our side again today at Bingo.
We had lunch at the buffet instead of the dining room since it was a Middle Eastern theme, but it was pretty lackluster.

There was a Champagne waterfall again tonight and of course it was colored green.
The show tonight was Ollie Mulkeen who sang and played the trumpet. (no, not at the same time…) He was entertaining, but not to my taste, but he seemed popular. Sometimes, the “jazzy” people like to rush songs and I’m not a fan.
One more Sea Day to relax before Dubai. I’m about out of internet minutes, so will start putting up photos to my Web Albums site after Dubai since we get new minutes at the beginning of each segment. I’m way behind in sorting through the photos as well, but the 6 sea days after Dubai should help with that.
