February 28 – Sea Day

Throughout the day we continued to follow a Northwesterly course through the South China Sea towards Hong Kong. Hong Kong (Fragrant Harbor) is officially known as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China at the Pearl River Estuary and the South China Sea.

We went to Bingo and I think our luck has run out. Neither of us won today. 

We spent the afternoon packing for our China overland and trying to make it all fit into small carry-ons and within the 11 lb weight limit. (which they never checked…..)

There was a good show tonight called Sonz of Soul that did a superb show of Motown hits, including choreography. We went to bed early to make immigration and meet Karen & Steve and Jeff & Julie for the transfer to the airport.
