Greg won the coverall for $100, but another person also had
a bingo so they each got $50.00.
Lunch was Mexican again in the buffet, so we opted for that.
There is no show again tonight. They are doing one of the
game shows in the main lounge and then having a deck party. We have had those
before, but there was always a show and they skipped the game show. Sammi is
fond of flipping the show times and is doing that again tonight. Last time
early and late people showed up for the first show and it was over crowded in
there. We managed with our normal timing for the past 80 plus days, not sure
why she insists on playing with the schedule. She still insists on breaking
into our day with her announcements where she just reads the daily patter to
us. While we were not fans of the last cruise director, this one is
overbearing. Of course, this is just our personal opinion, and I’m sure many
have no issues whatsoever with her.
Tonight, we set anchor for the night to await our time to
transit the Suez Canal. A local captain boarded the ship and spent the night
and he takes control of the ship as we transit the Canal. We are scheduled
start the transit around 5:00 in the morning……
