This morning there was another Cruise Critic Meet &
Greet hosted by Steve & Karen and they did a great job. Quite a few staff
and officers came by and they had mixer games and a raffle.
Greg won $45 at Bingo. Bringing our total to $2,000. Cruise
Critic Meet & Greet Karen & Steve again did a great job.
Today I got to talk to Dad and Scott. (it’s hard with the
time difference and they are a day behind us). Dad was in good spirits and the
specialist has decided that putting in two stents is the best course of action.
Dad told me he was in the Fort Dodge Hospital for a week before he was taken by
ambulance to Des Moines. He is now stable. Scott and Sonya have been great moral
support for him.
The show tonight was Jerry Goodspeed a ventriloquist. He was
hilarious! The whole room was in stiches. (oh, I’m sure he wasn’t to everyone’s
taste, but it was a funny act)
