I saw what appeared to be sleeping dolphins from our
balcony. Some people onboard think they were whales. They could have been pilot
whales (technically dolphins), but definitely not Humpbacks or anything very
large.
There was a Captain’s Circle informal Meet & Greet at
10:00 that we went to. The captain spoke and introduced some of the officers. The
Captain of this voyage is Domenico Lubrano Lavadera.

We met some nice people at lunch that were fun to chat with.
After lunch we walked the track outside for about 45 minutes. Greg went around
and got a few photos of the ship and I read. Then, we relaxed in the cabin
until dinner.
Tonight one other couple joined our table for dinner. They
had chosen late seating and decided it was too late for them. They are on until
we hit Los Angeles. So, the 6 of us had some great conversation. The show
tonight was hilarious. Troy Thirdgill had the audience in stitches. After that
we watched the Passenger Feud game in the Pacific Lounge. Tonight we lost an
hour as we set our clocks forward to match up with Aruba.
Today we sailed along the Northern coast of Cuba through the
Old Bahama Channel.
I will also point out that there are activities of all kinds
going on all over the ship. Some people try to do everything and we tend to do
very little. So, for those that think they would be bored on a ship, unless you
have zero interest in anything and everything, it’s hard to be bored.
Two more sea days until Aruba!
