Sea Day - January 7

Sea Day - January 7

We had a little more laid back day today, with no meet & greets to attend. It was also mostly sunny. Just a tad bit of rain as we walked the track which produced a pretty rainbow. It was windy so we all got a bit of an extra workout.

Greg won at bingo twice today. One was for $30.00 and he split another one that was $50 so he got $25.00. I remain bingo-less. So, he won $250.00 yesterday and $55.00 today.

They had a Pub Lunch today which we went to after Bingo. They changed the menu up a bit and also changed how they made the fish. Not a plus for me as it was a larger fatter piece and it tasted way too “fishy”. The shrimp were good. They now call it a seafood basket or something like that so you get one piece of fish and 3 shrimp and “chips”. They also have bangers and mash and steak & kidney pie & chicken curry. We went upstairs to find more food since I only ate 3 shrimp and my mushy peas. They were having a Chinese buffet so I had a bit of 2 different things and we both got dessert.
I tried to upload photos from the cabin. There were only 24 of them so we didn't go sit near a hotspot and doing them from the room was painful. It took about an hour and when it got to 22 photos, Princess automatically logged me off. Unfortunately, Google Albums didn't save the 22 photos and I have to do them all over again. ARGH! (not a good use of my internet minutes)

It was a formal night and they had a champagne waterfall. The food at dinner was very good again. We skipped the waterfall and went straight to the show. We have seen tons of the waterfalls.

Tonight was a production show called Do You Wanna Dance? We have seen many versions of it and this one was switched up a bit with some different costumes.

Then we went to the Yes/No Gameshow. Always funny where they keep asking questions and you can’t ever say the words “yes” or “no”. Not as easy as you’d think.

Tomorrow we have our first port in Cartagena, Colombia.
