Sea Day - February 01

Sea Day - February 01

I’m feeling a bit better today. I changed shoes to see of that would help the sore toe. It did help and it was a lovely warm day despite the cross winds.

We didn’t win at the morning bingo, despite being really close. We went to the Pub Lunch after Bingo and sat with a couple we knew from the 2017 WC and also the South America cruises. They also are from Florida.

From there we went to watch the passengers who had taken the hula and the ukulele classes put on a show. Only about half of the hula dancers showed up for the show, but the ones that did put on a great show. The ukulele players did a nice job as well. Always fun to watch fellow passengers getting into the spirit.

The afternoon session of Bingo started right afterwards. As always, many people show up to play that game since the big prize goes. We did not win, but a “regular” Bingo player won which always is good. More often than not, the one time players win.

The show tonight was the same comedy guy so we skipped the show.

Tomorrow we have our first of 3 stops in a row in Polynesia.

I will post a link to the hula/ukulele show & the equator crossing after Polynesia.
